What does AI Sheet do?

AI Sheet creates and edits Excel (.xlsx) spreadsheets. Describe a spreadsheet, or take a photo of a receipt or a printed table, and the AI builds it with headings, number formats and working formulas. Open an existing .xlsx and ask the AI to change it: every change is highlighted so you can keep or skip it. You can also tap any cell to type a value or a formula and change its formatting by hand.

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-in. The app makes an anonymous account for your device the first time you use AI, so it can count your daily prompts and hold AI Sheet Plus.

Where are my spreadsheets stored? Who can read them?

Your spreadsheets are stored only on your device. We have no copy of them. When you send an AI prompt, the prompt, the spreadsheet's cell contents and any photos you attach go through our server to an AI provider to produce the result, and are not stored by us. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

How do I open a spreadsheet or send one?

• Open: Files → Open .xlsx, then pick a file from the Files app, iCloud Drive or another storage app.
• Send or save: tap the share button next to a spreadsheet, or ⋮ → Share inside the editor, then choose Mail, Messages, Save to Files and so on.

Will my formulas and formatting stay the same?

AI Sheet changes only the cells you or the AI edit and keeps the rest of the workbook as it was: other sheets, formulas, styles, charts and images. The app calculates the most common functions itself; for others it shows the value Excel last saved, and Excel recalculates everything when it opens the file. Older .xls files, password-protected files and workbooks with macros (.xlsm) cannot be opened.

AI Sheet Plus: what is it, and how do I cancel or restore it?

AI Sheet is free with 3 AI prompts a day. AI Sheet Plus gives you 100 prompts a day. It is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed by Apple; new subscribers may get a free trial first.

• Cancel or change: iPhone or iPad Settings → your name → Subscriptions → AI Sheet. Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Restore on a new device or after reinstalling: Settings in the app → Restore purchases.
• Refunds are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Deleting your data does not cancel the subscription; cancel it in your Apple account settings.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: Settings → Delete my data. This deletes your anonymous account on our server. Your spreadsheets are on your device: delete them in Files (swipe left), or delete the app.

The AI made a mistake. What should I do?

AI can be wrong or leave things out. Review every change before you keep it, use Undo to go back, and check important numbers (budgets, invoices, taxes) yourself before you use them.
